DJ Lurk had an infusion of atmospheric trance in 2011 due to a Very Expensive Dish having exquisite taste in finding new music. Assembling a huge library of new and old high BPM deep ambient electronica favorites that are lyrically dense and sonically uplifting, this mix went by the working title of 2INSPIRE for the several weeks that he worked on practicing and recording and re-recording this particular output from his Traktor-driven digital turntables. The result is some pretty damn good mixing of some incredibly powerful tracks, even with some of that signature “I ❤ Remixes” DJ Lurk tongue-in-cheek pop flavor. The start sample comes from The Usual Suspects, and is one of Kevin Spacey’s most memorable lines.
